The LIVING Word is God's First fruit for us,  especially when applied as the first fruit to the day.  

For this IS a day that the Lord has made, and we may indeed rejoice and be glad in it. 

Beyond any circumstance.

Gods LIVING Word- Godspeed; answers our prayers... for God's word remains in our heart;  Prayerfully to overflowing.

Such hope is in Rom 11:29-36

v29 for God's gifts and His call are irrevocable...

in this hope, pray to apply God's GIFT with His call on this heart in a manor worthy of the gospel of Jesus Chrst.  Praying constantly for focus, ability, details, strokes, motives..... work; God to get done, where i am weak, HE be the strength.

Paint The Trinity, if 'we' are heirs, we therefore also a part of that image... 

then 'we' are a portrait of God too.  Humbling thought God.. yet God the Almighty is from where we come, through whom we come, and are the 'to' where we come-- and indeed our ALL things.

To God be the glory forever and ever.  In Jesus' name the Amen is spoken and it is done.

Romans 12:3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: do NOT think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgement, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

Romans 12:9-21

Love must be sincere.  Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.

Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor serving the Lord.  

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.  

Share with God's people who are in need. Patrice hospitality.

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 

Rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn.  

Live in harmony with one another. 

Do NOT be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.  

Do NOT be conceited.  

Do NOT repay evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. 

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.  Do NOT take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written;

"It is Mine to avenge; I WILL repay, " says the Lord. 

On the contrary; "If your enemy is hungry, feed him, if he is thirsty, 

give him something to drink.

in doing this you will heap burning coals on his head."

do NOT be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with Good.

III of 130th Journal “Service”

a)     (30 July ’14 from original 22July study) The waking thought ‘service’ and took till almost 10am to be at the Art Studio before finding—still.

“Service” Serve””Serving” for it is NOT about ‘us’ or ‘me’ it’s about ‘serving’ God’s call on our hearts by ‘serving’ Him…

We all, in our different capacity, gifts, talents… have perhaps the same ‘call’ one could technically ‘call’ it. In this continuing reflection and look  back, at today, towards tomorrow and the steps to take to press on… (for good)

Last 130^th Part I & II entry focused more on how the light dispels the dark every time—and that God will always show us a way to His Way.  By testing the spirit by simply asking—is this stepping towards or pointing towards God’s light, or not—and stepping towards darkness???  Perhaps this next ponder, should come before the last one… does this/whatever ‘this’ is SERVE Gods call on my heart, and serve Him for Gods honor and glory?

This is the question on my heart as go back and read the Bible bookmarks (1Thes 1&2; Book of Jonah; Psalms 139, 140, 141; Matt 4:18 through CH7 {yes, a lot, more of a study, than just one mornings quiet time}) and Journals 129’s last entry.

 Starting at the last here, referencing the Book of Daniel, CH6 ‘Den of Lions.

Daniel served both God and his nation’s king by simply keeping faith, and reflecting that.  Taking note of how he stood; he worked hard with his own hands, he minded his own business and when choices came, he chose continuing to keep the faith in God and pray.  He therefore led—from his knees.  Also, he didn’t stand on any podium declaring ‘I am more righteous that you’ He just kept trusting God, and standing fast in his faith walk, no matter where it took him.  By faith he knew God’s will—will be the outcome.  In the end the lions only devoured the liars; deceivers and their heirs, the ones who not only didn’t trust in God,but tried to use deceit and trickery to silence God’s good.  Harsh? yes.  Note, the lions are not bad, they simply doing all that comes naturally for them to do.  God is not bad either, when the liars end up feeding the lions.

Question: are you a lion?

                  Or a Daniel?

               Meaning— what feeds you…

Are you being fed by liars?

                  Or fed by truth?

Which of these serves Gods call on your heart and serves God?

To discern, this holds us to our need to test the spirits when making ‘decrees’ as a king that cared for Daniel did not do.  He trusted in the wrong thing.  Even though there were many of them and only one Daniel.  In the end, that same king decreed to keep ones faith in “Daniels God that saves’ as the way to go. 

Yes, Daniel served both God and his nation by keeping faith and reflecting that.

Next bookmark/study led to Psalms 139,140,141; same battle, different story, same order.

Psalm 140: A prayer of deliverance from the plots and slander of unscrupulous enemies.

Psalm 141: A prayer of deliverance from the wicked and their evil ways.

David here, had taken refuge from his enemies literally out to destroy im by hiding in a cave.  David like Daniel followed his same faith walk.  Preceding Psalm 140, 141 is

Psalm 139: a prayer for God to examine his heart and see its true devotion.

Nowhere (accept Job) does one find expressed such profound awareness of how awesome it is to ask God to examine not only ones life but also his soul.—God, who knows every thought, every word and deed, from whom there is no hiding, who is even privy to oes formation in the dark concealment of the womb.  Praying Psalm 139 as our sincere prayer to God is our way to serve Gods call on our hearts; also our way to proceed the constant enemy pursuits  Davids enemy here and Daniels really no different… and the same enemies remain today—

In Daniels specifically—Jealous men who sought more control lied in order to trick the king into writing a decree they knew Daniel didn’t know of; and if did would never follow. 

A decree written in trickery, and Daniels faith and devotion to God—got him thrown into a den of lions; David in a cave, hiding.

What did Daniel do? Prayed! What did David do? Prayed! David, known as a man after God’s own heart, Psalm 139 gives insight to the God breathed how our hearts are to be also…

139:23-24 Search me O’ God, and know my heart, test me and know my anxious thoughts.  See if there are any offensive ways in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. <><<><<><

This is a heart after Gods own heart, a spirit seeking His TRUE Spirit.

God, the Omnipotent—how great aer God’s ways—beyond searching out—yet, intimately breathing into our every breath, and our very own hearts beat…

Apart from God, no good can prevail—in faith we may pray and trust and know with a thankful heart absolutely in love with God as He loves us that Gods GOOD purposes always prevail.

This is also how we serve God’s call on our heart… by always seeking His way for our way—even when, or perhaps especially when, afraid, perplexed, overwhelmed… wanting to hide.

CH 6 of Jeremiah- Jerusalem under siege; 6:16 This is what the Lord says; “Stand at the crossroads and look, ask for the ancient paths and where the good way is, and walk in it.”

Isaiah 30:21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, “This is the way, walk in it”

1 Cor 15:58 Therefore my dear brothers, stand firm, let nothing move you.  Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

THIS truth remains our LIVING word today and forever and ever.  Plus, our standing in faith is how an unbelieving world sees how faith not only saves you, but it is a way to save a nation… all

To serve Gods call on my/our heart and to serve Him may be simply starting with ones own heart, self, and asking

how  am I being fed?

By liars?

Or by truth?

Again, seeing ‘study ’here as how to test the next steps is much like Psalms 139… as the prayer; 

Then lift to God the petitions… Then make the faith choice… prayerfully seeking God’s will in each step…

paraphrase of 1 Thess 4:11 and to make it your ambition to live a quiet life; You should mind your own business and work with your hands… & Rom12:18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

Tiz the season to be Merry ?

Christmas time for many is a season of giving.  In recent years this day, this Monday has been designated the best day to get deals on-line.  What are we getting deals for ? Confess... Happy Holidays to this heart of giving doesn't come close to defining the quest... nor perhaps does anything found on this cyber fest.

Remember this is m'whah speaking here, no theologian, or scholar... just an artist that sees and thinks perhaps a bit tooooooo much. Quite Certain am an artist and a journal-er to spare others extra words.  So read at will, no offense meant to any... just pondering's passing through, if that is even a word.

Today, this Cyber Monday, as a new public studio dweller, this my first season to ponder this season as a retailer.  Ahhhh that word tolerance seems to take the heart of all at hand out, and tippy toes around truth instead?

So, many in the name of tolerance choose to remove the name that defines tolerance, love, peace on earth and good will to ALL mankind - Christ.  To this heart ' happy holidays' defines the temporal short sightedness of the worldly that is too narrow minded to get out of the box of packaging, to embrace quite simply the Divine.  Saying Merry Christmas is not saying you can't say Happy Hanukkah or Happy Winter Solstice.  Ironically, Jesus never needed to rely on perfect packaging- He chose instead the lowly form of divinity, a stable and a troff with a bed of hay for His Divine Head.  For God is able- He chose the lowly things, the things that are not-

comprehend and dare to hear the truth in the prejudices of shallow worldly definitions that can not reach beyond the package it preaches-

compared to heavenly realms of Immanuel - GOD with us

Peace on Earth and Goodwill to men
where forgiveness and reconcilliation LIVE ...and death has no voice or sting
choose LIFE with Christ
or shallow packaging to be fed
Merry CHRISTmas
also has a reason for the red and green
one sacrificed for all perhaps the red
that all may LIVE perhaps the green
wrapped in blue of Hannakuh even our Divine... NO prejudice, no hate, no 'your not good enough to enter the debate' spoken here
SIMPLY the GIFT of GRACE
was born this day we all celebrate
whether we choose to embrace or not - Truth remains and was born in a stable - fully God - fully man - so that One for ALL -
God so loved... He gave...

Jesus, the reason for the Season as overused perhaps as cyber monday, happy holidays, whatever if its just words.  That is the point, it has nothing to do with words...

Jesus' birth may remind us each, it is so not about a me, myself or 'i' ... OR a perfect label or package-
Love lives
and Divinity rose up here on earth in a newborns cry from a stable... God with us - our Savior is born.
Peace on earth
Good Will to ALL
on earth as it is in heaven...
the city of the Living God...
it is done in Jesus' name
and the Amen is spoken

Daily Bread...

As return from a 21K+ mile journey... the task of the day to day back home and in the studio take hold.  The work for its exhibit in many ways just beginning. "At That Moment..." Exhibit, illustrates itself in life in multiple ways.  As seek prayerfully, a continual counsel on how to simply keep a roof over my head, as all of us do... well, here is today's 'In His Light Before The Dawn' as seen in today's and yesterday's quiet time.  Underlining I KNOW NOTHING... as seek how to have daily bread... something we were taught young in our praying 'The Lords prayer' Many times its recited, is it not- And not prayed?  I don't usually highlight the red letters of Christ, seemed especially relevant today.  All the blue from here on takes you to a link of the actual scriptures as found at Bible Gateway so that you may read full context (the first two here, linked to article about trip and other blog on work) .  

Ok - now - as to

Daily Bread…

John 6:33 “For The Bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world”

This is our ‘Give us this day our daily bread…’ This the mana in the desert, this the ‘Bread of life’(6:35)

 This our I AM in Christ Jesus- For He is the ‘I Am’- it is only by we in Him,  and He in us-

v32 Jesus said to them, ‘I tell you the Truth, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is My Father who gives you True Bread from heaven.  For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

34 “Sir’ they said, ‘from now on give us this bread’

35 Then Jesus declared ‘I AM the bread of life.  He who comes to Me will NEVER go hungry, and he who believes in Me will never be thirsty… and whoever comes to Me I will NEVER drive away.  For I have come down from heaven not to do My will but to do the will of Him who sent Me. 39 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose NONE of all that He has given Me… 40 For My Father’s will is that EVERYONE who looks to The Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life and I will raise Him up at the last day” <><<><<><

Then, read through to the end of chapter 6 in the book of John.  To not read all is out of context of Gods Word.  This heart sees the Trinity in these passages.  The Father, The Son, and The Spirit all a part of the Red Letters.  I also appreciated the honesty of the responses here in these passages

v60 On hearing it, many of His disciples said, ‘this is a hard teaching.  Who can accept it?’ <><<><<>< Referring then to 53-58, then see 35,40,47,51. V53 precludes a direct reference to the Lords Supper. NOT in teaching that this sacrament as the one requirement for eternal life.  In this very discourse He emphasizes faith in response to testimony.  Flesh and blood point to Christ crucified and the source of life.  Jesus speaks of faiths appropriation of Himself as Gods appointed sacrifice- One for all.

61-65  here, am only recording in part the Red letters- God breathed.  Again, for full context is in reading them ALL.  These here recorded- simply speak loudly to this heart in as much is the passion in me to paint The Trinity with this life.. reflecting as much as God enables His inspirations to this heart as found in His Word.  The Word is Living, The Word is God breathed and relevant to every breath we take in our lives.  ‘Those who have ears, let them hear’-Jesus.  More from these passages speak the vision of the Trinity to these eyes.  One God, Three distinct parts.  Yet, can not have ONE without the other

“EVERYONE” is in Jesus’ Red Letters – NO prejudice in Christ.  Yet, the prejudiced ones in this world proclaim the opposite.  The TRUTH remains, no matter what one chooses to believe – Jesus – “I AM the Bread of life”

When reciting The Lords prayer – “Give us this day our daily bread…’ it is in Jesus’ name it is said… and the Amen is spoken- ‘it is done’   God’s Word is  our daily bread- Jesus is The Word made flesh – when you feed on this – you have life – “the Spirit gives life, the flesh counts for nothing. The Words I have spoken to you are Spirit and they are life”  THIS – this is how ‘the Truth sets you free’ – by abiding in it.

<><<><<>< NO theologian here, NO scholar – simply an artist, with a call on this heart to ‘paint the Trinity’ with this life.  NOTHING that is humanely possible to do, for ONLY God knows what that is.  ‘i’ only know how the ‘living word of God’ inspires this heart. I know nothing.  I do know in whom I believe… Jesus Christ…

And as to this heart it is plain to see in these verses the Three parts of The Trinity of God – that enables us all, and that we cannot have one without the other

I hold to the truth and pray the living word

I come to YOU Jesus, the I AM where never will hunger be, in YOU am filled.  Where never will I thirst – for in YOU I believe

May Your living water, daily bread, way, truth, and salvation, by Your word made flesh, by faith in Jesus Christ

Gods will be done

His Good and Perfect will

Be please the lamp unto my feet – guide please each step and teach me more and more to truly trust and believe that You hold my hand, guide my steps, every place the journey goes, YOUR will is for it to be led to Gods best.  In Jesus’ name it is done,
