Explanation Point “!”
“Take
courage!”1 “Don’t be afraid”2 “Just believe”3 God’s
Red Letter Words from the past few days.
A
friend received a difficult to comprehend word yesterday: ‘inoperable.’
Father,
in Jesus’ name only You can comprehend the heart and spirit that is given that
word. Bitter persecution even easier
than that to hear… for Father- what does “pressing on” look like? How do you
fight?
The
last three days of study and their notes revealed that in times of crisis and
need for strength, Paul was given help; Acts 23:11b, 18:9, 22:18, 27:23
examples.
Encouragement
comes to us too in Your Red letter Living Word, God breathed Word, for our hearts
to receive. The prayer would be for
PEACE, comfort and Your blanket of love, especially for it to blanket the mind,
spirit, soul, body of the one who just heard ‘inoperable’.
All
your teachings teach us to not look at the storm, to seek Jesus’ face; walking
on the water even possible when there.
And as one with the spirit for compassion and mercy, there is no
greater gift that would like to give today, than Your light in to their hearts
to give to them the light of the knowledge of the glory of God found in the
face of Christ. Think that is Your PEACE
, eyes of faith? God You brought me
encouragement with angels here on earth more than once represented in kindness
beyond a passing care… of ‘yes, as nice as it is to hear “I’m praying for you.” You God know the NEED is more, a tangible
sometimes needs to literally knock on the door, make the call, or even simply
be an anonymous gift of kindness… all along yes also the continual prayer… all
of these are all of which God sent Godspeed.
We all have a different gift we may give. You call us simply to give it accordingly to
our faith. Father, I hear even here Your
Word to Paul from the last three days as also applicable here…
“Take
courage!” “As you have testified about Me ______________,
so
you must also testify in _______________” Fill in God’s living word with God’s whisper this time of
what battle of victory to insert here. The
exclamation point of Jesus as the how and why and what to testify. “Inoperable”
“Loss” “Healing””New””Old””child gone””child home””lost job””found job””lied to””liar””death
of a loved one””birth of a loved one”…insert your God breathed truth that will
set one free here… God sent Godspeed.
How does one share all You whisper
God in a manner that Your light alone is seen from the dark? For that the passion and the prayer Lord,
that the purpose here. Think it perhaps
the one we all crave. No matter what
word we may hear from the outside, Your Word, Your Living Word on our heart
ministers to the inside … to the point of overflowing for all that come in will
see.
"Where Is Your Lamp?" K.Hitt copyrighted |
Yes, somehow, by Your strength alone,
a lamp on a stand remains…
You are our light in the dark… be it
only a flicker, Your God breathed always enables it to be fanned into a
flame. That the word my Lord to us who receive
a word in this world that there is no fighting… for YOU GOD remain the same
yesterday and today… forever more.
“Take
courage!” “As you have testified about Me ______________,
so
you must also testify in _______________”
You God hold the context, purpose and
mission… and Your living water flows to every tear shed and every hair on every
head- “Do not worry” Do not
be afraid” –and when we are – may we see Jesus’ face, take His hand,
step out of the boat even… and walk on water…
With His PEACE beyond understanding
as our wake…
Rippling out forever more
In Jesus’ name
Amen<><<><<><
In close-
Remember God’s purpose in your purposes
and His way in your way, His Word as your word, His heart as your heart- that,
therefore, shall be the beginning and the end- to all, for all, in all.
He is our strength and our
refuge. He is our peace beyond understanding. And that – is our greatest testimony.
“Take
courage!” “As you have testified about Me______________,
so
you must also testify in _______________”
Fill in Gods Living Word with Gods Living Word on
your heart and in your life with His strength and His exclamation point as a
how and a why and a what, that you testify !
In Jesus’ name AMEN!
